How can you get a head start?​

There are some practices that “clear the energy” for you to get the most out of your appointment.

Journal

Writing a page a day in a journal is a great way to skim the foam off the top of your brain every day so new thoughts and insights can come to the surface.



Sense into your Body

While your mind is racing with anxious thoughts about the future and your heart is longing for connections in various timelines, your body is your anchor to the present moment. Where do you notice any tension? Body awareness is a muscle and you get better at it as you practice.

Find a Trusted Guide

You may already have a guide like Jesus, an angel or another spiritual being, but even if you don’t have a spiritual practice, it can be useful (not necessary!) to find an archetype you connect with. Perhaps a respected teacher who has passed on, a Greek goddess, or a loved one in spirit.

Get a basic understanding of what the planets mean​

Astrology is its own language and it helps to know the planets’ basic meanings so you don’t get super lost during our conversations.



Study your Countries​

If you book an Astrocartography session and you’re looking at different countries, learn the visa and residency categories, and the language requirements you may need to meet, as that will help you narrow down your decision.

Look for Omens​​

Animals, coincidences, synchronicities, injuries, accidents, surprise encounters, and dreams are ways that the world speaks to us. If anything happens in your lead-up to an appointment that makes you go, “Hmm…”, make note of it and what was going on internally for you at that time.
